What is the special biomechanics of aligners?

What is the difference between biomechanics of aligners and fixed appliance?

What are the protocol which makes sense from a physics and evidence standpoint and what is just marketing? These and other questions will be answered in this course.

We will develop: - Aligners biomechanics difference from fixed appliance biomechanics - Advantages of aligners - Disadvantages of aligners - Planning for aligner treatment - Treatment plan review - what really matters

 

The unique protocols of combination of aligners and brackets with the Multi-FA appliance were proved to be a powerful technique to facilitate the outcome of complex Orthodontic treatments addressing also the patient psychology and satisfaction.

Those protocols will be presented in that course to demonstrate the advantages of the combination of advanced tools.

We will go over:

The contemporary approach for CL II / CL III malocclusions

- The Multi-FA appliance - a multi function tool for diverse clinical situation

- The hybrid Multi-segmental approach

- The art of combination of advanced tools: aligners, self ligating brackets (GET) and the Multi-FA

- The therapeutic and psychological advatages of the Multi-segmental approach
