Smile Sculpting: Reshaping Smiles
with High-Precision Composite Morphology.
Smile Sculpting presents a streamlined approach to achieving natural, high-quality
aesthetic outcomes through precise morphology, efficient composite modelling, and
refined finishing techniques. The lecture focuses on understanding tooth form—macroand
micro-anatomy, proportions, and surface dynamics—and translating this knowledge
into predictable daily workflows. Beyond shaping new smiles, the session addresses
common aesthetic challenges seen in routine practice: managing small fractures, closing
diastemas, rebuilding worn buccal anatomy, correcting proportions, and delivering
seamless Class V restorations. Each scenario is approached with simplified, step-bystep
composite strategies designed to be both time-efficient and highly reproducible.
By combining morphology-guided planning with practical modelling and finishing
protocols, clinicians will gain clear, usable techniques to elevate everyday restorative
work and create lifelike, harmonious smiles with confidence.
