Reception Desk	General Reception Desk: Hall C 1F, Tokyo International Forum Oct. 3 (Sat.) 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Oct. 4 (Sun.) 8:15 AM–4:30 PM Please collect your symposium name tag at the Reception Desk. Participants who have received their name tags in advance do not need to check in at the reception desk. Name tag holders are available at the Reception Desk on Hall C 1F.
Name Tags	Please wear your name tag at all times during the symposium. Please scan the QR code on your name tag at the entrance to each session room.
Simultaneous Interpretation	Please bring your smartphone and earphones/headphones. Simultaneous interpretation services will be provided for selected sessions. Interpretation methods vary depending on the session. ◆AI Interpretation: Please bring your smartphone and earphones/headphones. Equipment will not be available for loan at the venue. Venue Wi-Fi will be available for use. ◆Interpreter-Led Simultaneous Interpretation: Simultaneous interpretation between Japanese and English will be provided. Interpretation receivers will be available for loan in front of the applicable session rooms. When borrowing or returning interpretation receivers, please be sure to scan your name tag (QR code). We may contact you if we are unable to confirm the return of the receiver.
Photography and Recording	Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited in all symposium venues. Official photographers and authorized media personnel may record the event for documentation purposes.

Eating and Drinking	Please refrain from eating in the Tokyo International Forum halls. Please refrain from eating and drinking in Hall C due to facility regulations.
Smoking	Smoking is prohibited throughout the symposium venue.
Lost and Found	Please contact the General Reception Desk regarding lost and found items.
Parking	No dedicated parking is available for the symposium. Please use public paid parking facilities.
Free Wi-Fi	Free Wi-Fi is available in Tokyo International Forum except for in the lecture halls. SSID: tif-free-wifi Wi-Fi information for each lecture hall will be available at the venue on the day of the symposium.
CE Credits	Lectures presented in English are eligible for CE credits. At the end of each eligible lecture, a QR code for the CE assessment will be displayed on the screen. CE credits will be awarded upon completion of the assessment. Please note that the availability of CE credits is subject to change without prior notice.
