Annuleringsbeleid

You may cancel your registration at any time before the event begins. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the event start time.

If your cancellation meets the refund eligibility criteria, our back-office team will contact you to process the refund.

Please note:

The 72-hour refund window is determined by the Site Administrator and is subject to change. If updated, the new refund period will apply uniformly to all events.
