Payment & Refund Policy

Before enrolling onto a Dentevents course, it's important to understand the payment and refund policy terms and conditions.

1. Fees Payable
  1. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless your organisation has been approved for credit by GC Australasia Dental Pty Ltd.
  2. For online payments we accept Visa, Mastercard.
  3. To request other forms of payment please contact us.
2. Refunds
  1. GC Australasia Dental Pty Ltd will safeguard fees paid by participants.
  2. Participants will be eligible for a refund of 100% of any monies paid if the following conditions have been satisfied:
    • The request for refund has been received in writing within 7 days of enrolment AND
    • The participant has not yet attended the course.
  3. When a refund is approved, the refund payment will be paid within 14 days. Refunds are to be paid via electronic funds transfer back onto the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.
3. Consumer Protection

GC assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable, for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the Site.
