At the 2026 Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE GC AMERICA TRADE PROMOTION (“PROMOTION”) AT THE 2026 CHICAGO DENTAL SOCIETY MIDWINTER MEETING. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Subject to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military Installations located in foreign countries, and where prohibited by law.

THIS TRADE PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION X, TIKTOK, PINTEREST, OR FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM FROM META (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)”).

Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by GC America Inc. (“Sponsor”).

Entry Period: Participants may enter the Promotion on February 19th, 2026 during public event hours and on February 20th, 2026 until 4:00 PM CT during the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting Trade Show taking place in Chicago, Illinois (the “Event”) (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeping device of the Promotion and all of Sponsor’s determinations involving Promotion timing shall be final.

Eligibility: This is a trade promotion not open to the general public. The Promotion is open to (A) legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States including the District of Columbia; (B) who are 18 or older and are of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry; and (C) who are dental professionals attending the Event; and (D) intend to attend the 2026 International Dental Symposium in Tokyo, Japan. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or Sponsor’s parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, officers and directors of competitors of Sponsor or Sponsor’s affiliates are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, visit Sponsor’s booth at the Event and provide all required information to enter into the Promotion (each, an “Entry”). Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Entry Period. Entries that are not received by Sponsor for any reason will not be eligible and will be disqualified. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, false, corrupted, illegible or late entries. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion to determine the validity of an Entry.

Prize; Winner Selection; Odds: Promptly following the end of the Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries to receive an airfare credit, not exceeding $3,500, to be used for the sole purpose of attending the 2026 International Dental Symposium in Tokyo, Japan from October 3 – 4, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Maximum Total Prize ARV: $3,500

The potential winner will be contacted via email and must respond to the email notification within two (2) days. If the selected winner does not respond, an alternative winner will be drawn. This process will continue until a potential winner is selected. Prior to being confirmed a winner, potential winner must provide proof of registration and attendance of the 2026 International Dental Symposium in Tokyo, Japan.

Actual value of Prize depends upon any airfare fluctuations and current market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Airfare must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance of scheduled travel departure date. Potential winner is responsible for redemption and use of the Prize in coordination with Sponsor (or any third-party travel agencies in Sponsor’s sole discretion). If the total value of the airfare selected exceeds $3,500, then Winner will be required to provide the remaining funds to Sponsor (in excess of $3,500) to purchase the airfare; failing to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Airfare credit must be used to book travel to the 2026 International Dental Symposium in Tokyo, Japan from October 3 – 4, 2026; any other use of the Prize is not permitted and will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Sponsor is not liable in any respect for use of the Prize once awarded. No warranty or guarantee is or will be given by Sponsor with respect to the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if any booking made with the Prize is changed, canceled, or postponed. Winner is solely responsible for following any terms, conditions, or restrictions of all travel companies, transportation companies, hotels, and events and activities hosts. Use of the Prize may require a United States passport, additional documentation, and/or payment of government taxes or fees, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the potential winner. The potential winner is subject to verification before the Prize will be awarded. The potential winners agree to furnish any documentation requested by Sponsor in connection with the awarding of the Prize, including travel documents, releases, and affidavits or declarations of eligibility.

All prizes will be awarded. The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Sponsor who may award a prize for one of comparable or greater value for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes on the prize, including applicable income or local personal property taxes on the prize. Winner must provide a complete and accurate W-9 form to Sponsor upon request to receive the Prize. Winners will, if applicable, be issued a 1099 form from the Internal Revenue Service. By entering this Promotion, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By participating in this Promotion, each participant also represents that there is no legal or contractual restriction barring participation, including, without limitation, any restriction from participant’s employer or company. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing and any other condition of this Promotion may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize, in which case, no consideration will be awarded.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the person identified to be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used at registration, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified, and any potential prize won will be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Rights Granted to Sponsor: By entering this Promotion, Participants understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use, publicly display, print, publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, and provide access to Participants’ submission(s), name, address (city and state/province/territory), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, opinions, biographical information, and/or any statements made by Participant regarding the Promotion or the Prize for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation, in any media, worldwide, without notice or additional compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law. If a Participant chooses to submit or post any media content (including but not limited to photographs, videos, recordings) in connection with this Promotion, that Participant grants to Sponsor and its partners and designees, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, and display each submitted Entry and any part thereof, in any media, and the right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom, and agrees to execute documents confirming such right and license at Sponsor’s reasonable request.

General Conditions and Release: By participating in the Promotion, except where prohibited by law, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and those acting pursuant to Sponsor’s authority, and all of their officers, directors, employees, agents, and legal counsel (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any compensation, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) errors on Sponsor’s website; (c) lost, delayed, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable communications; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to participants or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to participant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the compensation, entry, or participation in this promotion or in any promotion-related activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.

Participant further agrees that, except where prohibited by law, in any cause of action Sponsor’s liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, if any, and in no event shall the Sponsor be liable for attorney's fees. Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Promotion, including the web site and any compensation, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Choice of Law and Forum; Class Action Waiver: Participants agree that all disputes relating to the administration of the Promotion or issuance of any prize will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of Illinois, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to conflicts of laws. Participants agree that causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Illinois having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than a Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses. Participants further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Winners: The name of the winner will be made available on Sponsor’s website for a reasonable time period following the end of the Promotion.
